A missing deposit is stressful, and stress leads to errors such as sending the money again. Slow down. Treat it as a tracing problem with three records to compare: what your wallet or bank says, what the KX8 cashier says, and what the reference number says. Most cases resolve once the right record is in front of the right person. This page gives the order.
Step one: your own record
Open your wallet or bank history and find the transaction. Did it complete, or is it pending or failed? A failed transfer means the money never left, and nothing is missing. A pending one means the provider is still processing. A completed one means the money has left your account and needs to be traced.
Write down the amount, the time, the recipient shown and the transaction ID. These four items are the core of any support request.
Step two: the KX8 cashier
Open the deposit history inside KX8's own site or app. Look for an entry matching your time and amount. Sometimes the balance lags behind the entry, so refresh the app and sign out and back in once. If the entry shows as processing, wait for the period the cashier states.
We could not see KX8's cashier on 7 November 2026, so we cannot state a normal waiting period. Follow what the screen says.
| What you see | Likely meaning | Next move |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet failed, no cashier entry | Money did not leave | Retry carefully |
| Wallet complete, cashier pending | Still being matched | Wait, then contact support |
| Wallet complete, no cashier entry | Wrong reference or recipient | Gather proof, contact support |
| Balance shows after refresh | Display lag | No action |
Step three: write to support
Contact KX8 through the help options on its own site or app. Include your username, the amount, the time, the transaction ID and a screenshot of the wallet confirmation. Keep the message short, factual and polite. Do not send passwords or PINs.
We cannot see accounts or recover money. See our contact page for how support fits in. The post on reading a transaction reference number shows what to copy.
Avoiding the next one
Most missing deposits trace to a wrong amount, a missing reference or a transfer sent outside the cashier instructions. Read the deposit guide before sending and save proof each time. If your concern is a payout rather than a deposit, read the withdrawal guide.
Details like these can change without notice, so check KX8's own site or app for the current version.
