That is understandable, but it points to a limit worth stating clearly: we do not have an inbox for account problems and we cannot reach into your account. The useful step is to contact KX8 through its own channels. This page explains how to do that well and what to prepare.

Anything involving your balance, a pending deposit, a locked login or a bonus dispute is handled by KX8. Open its own site or app yourself and look for the help or live chat area. We did not log in, so we cannot say which channels exist for members today, and we will not quote hours or contact details we have not seen.
Beware of anyone who messages you offering to fix an account for a fee or asks for a code. Real support never needs your password.
