The general flow
Most cashiers follow the same sequence. You open the deposit screen, pick a method, enter an amount in Taka, receive payment instructions, make the transfer in your wallet or bank, and return to see the balance update. Some steps may differ, and some methods ask for a reference or a screenshot.

Checks before you pay
Four checks catch most errors. First, are you inside KX8's own site or app, not a link from a message? Second, does the amount fall inside the range the cashier shows? Third, do the recipient details on your wallet screen match the cashier? Fourth, have you read the bonus terms if an offer is attached?

Bonuses and your first deposit
On 7 November 2026 KX8 advertised an extra 68% for new members on a first deposit. As simple arithmetic, ৳1,000 would add ৳680 if no cap applies, but we did not see the cap or the turnover. A bonus can change when you may withdraw, so decide before paying whether you want it.

After you send
Save the reference number and a screenshot. Wait the time the cashier indicates before repeating the transfer, because duplicates cause more trouble than delays. If the balance does not change, follow the payment problems guide. When you later want your money out, read the withdrawal guide first.
