How tiers usually work
Most programmes count turnover (the total staked) or deposits over a period. Crossing a threshold promotes you. Perks may include upgrade rewards, higher limits, rebates or a personal manager, though which of them KX8 offers is not something we saw.
Note that turnover counts losing bets too. Climbing a tier means betting a lot, which has a cost.

The cost of a tier

If the upgrade reward is ৳500, the net expected cost is still ৳3,500. A reward looks generous only when you ignore the play needed to earn it.
None of this makes VIP bad. It says to judge the price of status in plain numbers.
How to approach it
Decide on your budget first and let tiers follow, never the other way around. If a message urges you to play more to keep your level, that is a signal to step back.
