What the headline says

The wording we saw was an extra 68% on the first deposit for new members. It tells you three things: the offer is for newcomers, it applies to the first deposit only, and it is a percentage of that deposit. It does not tell you a minimum, a cap, a turnover rule, an expiry or which games count.

Those missing items decide the value. A big percentage with strict turnover can be worth less than a small one with easy conditions.
