Installs fail for boring reasons. Think of it as a short checklist where each line removes one cause: enough space, a complete download, the right permission, and a compatible phone. This page goes through the checklist in that order. It is about the installation process, not about the app's features, which we did not test. KX8's own site shows what the app offers.
Before you begin
Check three things first. Storage: keep a few hundred megabytes free, which is more than most apps need, so the installer has room to unpack. Connection: use stable Wi-Fi if you can, since a dropped download is a leading cause of errors. System version: very old phone software can block newer apps.
Then open KX8's own site yourself. Skip links from messages. If you are unsure about the Android versus iPhone route, the app hub explains both.
The steps in order
On Android, tap the Android code or link on KX8's own site, wait for the download to finish, open the file and accept the prompt to allow installs from your browser. Then tap Install. On iPhone, follow the iOS lite instructions on the same site, or add a home-screen shortcut. Details are on the Android page and the iPhone page.

- Install once, then open the app from its icon
- Sign in only on the screen KX8 shows
Common errors and fixes
Different messages point to different causes. Match yours below.

When to stop
If the same error repeats three times, stop. Retrying a file from a different source is the risky move, because that is how fake apps get in. Use the browser route instead, and ask KX8 support. After a successful install, check for new versions on the update page. If sign-in then fails, use the login guide.
